Frontend engineer

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer with 3-7 years of experience to be client's first dedicated frontend hire. You'll own the frontend of an agentic platform already used by some of the world's largest SAP integrators, including KPMG, NTT Data and delaware Consulting. Our current engineers lean toward backend work and are at full capacity, so we need a hands-on builder with strong ownership and real drive. You should be ready to work on your own and move fast, and also be happy turning our product designer's work into polished, fast interfaces. You'll also use AI tools in your daily work. Requirements Work experience Experience working in frontend systems, leading frontend projects, design systems, etc. Education Bachelors degree required Hard skills Deep front-end fundamentals (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, React, Next.js, etc.) Baseline Seniority 3 - 6 years of experience as a frontend eng, ideally at an early-stage, high-growth, VC-backed startup Work experience Experience owning product feedback to implementation end-to-end Hard skills Experience building interfaces for AI-powered products (workflows where users review, guide, or approve agent actions) Soft skills Experience combining customer feedback with analytics, performance monitoring, and session replay to identify friction and evaluate feature impact Miscellaneous Experience at Apple Startup experience Studied at a top tier college JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS experience Experience building interfaces for AI-powered products
