About Northwind Robotics Northwind Robotics is an AI-native platform for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), an established software category with a multi-billion market but no clear winner. We’re trying to solve a problem many finance teams are super familiar with: data scattered across a million systems, endless spreadsheets and way too much time spent getting numbers to line up instead of actually using them to make decisions. Northwind Robotics was founded by Albert Gozzi and Santiago Perez De Rosso, two technical founders with backgrounds from Stanford and MIT and experience working at top-tier companies such as Google, Microsoft and Bain & Company. We are hiring remotely across the Americas (United States, Canada, LATAM). What you'll do Drive our product's look and feel - standardizing layouts and consistent UI patterns Build performant UIs that handle complex data and operations elegantly Deliver pixel-perfect designs that feel delightful to use Increase development velocity through excellent component architecture and best practices Own the frontend experience end-to-end If you’d like to learn more about engineering here, take a look at our engineering careers page. What we're looking for Strong frontend fundamentals : Deep React/TypeScript experience, familiar with Next.js and Vercel High agency : Background as a founder, engineering lead, or startup builder. You have a builder's mindset and find creative ways to ship Pragmatism : You choose the fewest and simplest tools that will actually work Craft : You deliver pixel-perfect implementations and care how experiences feel Communication : Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences Growth trajectory : You're operating above your level and growing fast Design sensibility : You believe all products should be beautiful and care about tiny details Performance : Experience building UIs that stay fast under load Experience : Have built complex B2B products, ideally from scratch Tech Stack You're familiar with our tech stack or can learn unfamiliar technologies quickly Typescript, Python, React, Node.js GCP BigQuery, MongoDB, Postgres Deployment tools: GitHub Actions + GCP Observability tools: Datadog While this is a remote-first opportunity, we're focusing on candidates within the Americas to better align with our working hours as a team.
