Nimbus Data Systems is a digital asset services platform that aims to unlock the full value of digital assets and decentralised governance mechanisms for token holders and those seeking to enter the digital asset market. The company is looking for a highly motivated blockchain engineer to participate in the project to build a world-class blockchain staking platform. The role is a full-time remote position Duties & Responsibilities Design and implement secure, user-friendly UI and integrate with various applications Contribute tools and libraries for open-source projects Document the design, implementation, and testing of the system developed Work closely with other engineers to deliver quality products. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or other relevant disciplines At least one year experience as a frontend developer. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Javascript / Typescript Experience in web development frameworks, such as React/Angular/Vue.js Good Experience with UI testing frameworks such as Selenium, Jasmine and Jest Experience developing modular UI components Experience with webpack and/or babel for bundling or transpiling Experience with REST and websocket APIs, interacting with server side components Knowledge of Reactive Programming (Rxjs etc) Interest in blockchain / web3 technology and quick learner Knowledge of cryptography and blockchain protocols, such as Web3 will be a plus Can-do mindset, critical thinking and pursuit of engineering excellence Being both a great individual programmer and a great team player Originally posted on Himalayas
