About the role
Develop and maintain headless commerce platforms using React and Next.js with a focus on SEO and performance optimization.
Experiencia demostrable con React y Next.js, incluyendo App Router y Server Components. Dominio avanzado de TypeScript. Experiencia construyendo o manteniendo Design Systems con Atomic Design, Design Tokens, componentes reutilizables y theming. Expertise sólido en SEO técnico: indexación, Google Search, rendering, Server Side Rendering, Core Web Vitals y performance web. Se busca a alguien que haya construido plataformas donde el SEO haya sido un requisito crítico, no solo conocimiento teórico. Experiencia en optimización de rendimiento web: Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse y tiempos de carga. Experiencia trabajando con monorepos (Nx, Turborepo o equivalentes). Experiencia realizando testing automatizado y code review. Experiencia integrando IA (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot u otras) como herramienta de productividad dentro del proceso de desarrollo, con capacidad de entregar contexto de calidad y validar resultados. Experiencia previa desarrollando plataformas de ecommerce, retail, white-label o multi-marca.
