📋 Description Diagnose and fix performance bottlenecks in code, media pipelines, and infra Build tooling for benchmarking, regression tracking, and performance testing Optimize concurrency, caching, batching, and scheduling across core workflows Improve GPU and compute resource utilization Design clean interfaces for complex performance-critical systems Collaborate with product to make improvements feel seamless to users 🎯 Requirements Strong grasp of systems fundamentals: latency, throughput, memory, I/O Experience improving performance in production software Proficiency in C++ or a low-level language with backend skills Ability to measure rigorously before optimizing and explain tradeoffs Comfortable using AI tools to speed up work while using judgment to solve problems Must be on-site in San Francisco, CA
