📋 Description Act as the pioneering technical voice for Northwind Robotics in APAC; define regional execution. Partner with AEs to qualify, design, and close regional opportunities. Lead discovery workshops, demos, and manage tech POCs to shorten cycles. Engage in R&D: write code, build integrations, and contribute fixes. Document field insights and regional product requirements to guide product/GTM. Build reusable demos, blueprints, whitepapers, and docs for the SE org. 🎯 Requirements 4-5+ years in customer-facing SE/solutions roles for networking/cloud software. Proven success as founding regional hire or in an early-stage startup. Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls. Zero-trust networking, secure connectivity, and IAM (SSO, SAML, OIDC). Hands-on with cloud infra (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes). Technical storytelling linking architecture to customer outcomes.
