📋 Description Define and own core platform architecture for engagement, rewards, and analytics Establish design principles for scalability, security, and performance Architect backend services for real-time ingestion, wallet, identity, and compliance Lead tokenised rewards: smart contracts and wallet integrations Build APIs to external data feeds, ticketing, commerce, sponsor tools Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team 🎯 Requirements 8+ years building consumer-facing tech products Proven delivery of at least one 0-to-1 platform Track record shipping products at scale (100K+ users) Strong backend background: distributed systems, real-time data, API design Experience designing production-grade systems with high reliability Comfortable across frontend, backend, and infrastructure Strong written and verbal comms: architecture docs, strategy, roadmap
