JOB SUMMARY
Forward Deployed Experts (FD/X) are AI-fluent, full-stack operators embedded within client teams to help solve complex business challenges through AI-driven solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technical execution, and AI transformation, requiring someone who can quickly understand workflows, identify high-impact opportunities, and translate business needs into practical solutions. The FD/X will partner closely with stakeholders to design, prototype, and implement AI-powered workflows, tools, and systems that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and business outcomes. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on technical fluency, business acumen, and the ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Embed within client teams to understand workflows, business challenges, and operational bottlenecks
– Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation and workflow optimization
– Frame AI use cases around measurable business outcomes such as efficiency, throughput, cost reduction, and process improvement
– Design and prototype AI-powered solutions using LLMs, prompts, agents, APIs, and orchestration tools
– Build and validate proof-of-concept solutions while defining pathways to production implementation
– Design scalable solutions with governance, observability, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop controls
– Translate business needs into practical technical solutions and implementation roadmaps
– Drive projects from discovery and solution design through implementation and adoption
– Support change management and help teams successfully adopt new workflows and operating models
– Contribute to internal best practices, methodologies, and frameworks for AI transformation initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Senior client-facing experience working with executives, business leaders, and cross-functional teams
– Strong expertise in at least one industry or business function
– Strong knowledge of AI technologies including LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration tools
– Hands-on experience building prototypes using prompts, APIs, agents, and evaluation frameworks
– Experience improving workflows, business processes, or operational efficiency through technology
– Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills
– Ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions
– Experience moving initiatives from pilot or proof-of-concept to production
– Strong understanding of change management and organizational adoption
– Ability to thrive in highly ambiguous, fast-paced environments
– Bachelor’s degree
– Advanced English
