📋 Description Own Customer Context: Understand customer domains, systems, OKRs/KPIs to guide design. Architect AI Transformation: design AI workflows, agents, skills, and integrations. Be a Trusted Advisor: partner with customer stakeholders as their technical counterpart. Translate and Coordinate: bridge pre-sales, CS and engineering; ensure actionable requirements. Design Reusability: architect modular, scalable solutions for multiple customers. Drive Delivery: oversee implementation with Applied AI engineers, ensuring alignment. 🎯 Requirements Experience: 7+ years in solution architecture or consulting for enterprise software. AI and Cloud: generative AI tools, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), APIs and pipelines. Business Acumen: translate business needs into technical plans. Design Thinking: build scalable, future-proof architectures. Communication: explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders. SaaS and Platform Fluency: SaaS/enterprise platforms; multi-tenant design.
