Forward Deployed Engineer

Salary: $126,050.05 - 189,075.08 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience may also be considered. 7–10 years of relevant work experience. Expertise in product solutions, artificial intelligence, client-facing work, innovation, the advertising industry, and technical delivery. Responsibilities: Architect advanced technical product solutions based on detailed analysis of customer requirements, using AI to extend and differentiate our platform. Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients, identifying business needs and translating them into solution designs. Develop strategic product integration roadmaps with cross-functional teams and enterprise customers. Mentor junior technical sales engineers and provide advanced troubleshooting support for critical customer implementations. Plan proof-of-concept demonstrations and technical presentations to validate proposed solutions for prospects. Assess customer technical environments and recommend suitable product-delivery configurations and platforms. Turn complex technical requirements into clear proposals aligned with customer objectives and technical constraints. Implement advanced technical solutions and provide expertise on platforms and product-delivery architectures. Shape how clients and partners build on our products, developing extensible, future-ready solutions across streaming platforms. Provide technical sales support, contribute business and functional insight, and help lead teams and high-impact projects in a complex, mission-critical environment.
