Forward Deployed Engineer (AI & Creative Transformation)

📋 Description Map current-state workflows end-to-end to diagnose friction and gaps. Redesign target-state ops for lean workflows with AI support. Design operating models: org structure, governance, cross-functional models. Establish baselines and metrics to track improvement across engagements. Identify value gaps where tech outpaced adoption to restore ROI. Build AI-powered prototypes using LLM APIs and low-code/no-code tools. 🎯 Requirements 5–10 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent in enterprise tech, SaaS, or professional services. Expertise in at least two areas: organizational design, operating model transformation, change management, technology enablement, process engineering, or go-to-market execution. Proven ability to build structured, evidence-based arguments to influence senior stakeholders. Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, and prototypes capable of shipping solutions. Ability to rapidly scope and build a working PoC within client engagements.
