Forward Deployed Engineer (AI & Creative Transformation) - Marketing

Role Overview We are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work at the core of content and creative transformation engagements. In this role, you will map existing creative workflows, redesign them, and build AI-powered pipelines that demonstrate a new operating model inside real production environments. What You Will Do Map creative workflows end-to-end, identify operational bottlenecks, design future-state workflows, configure and implement creative AI platforms, integrate AI-powered workflows, build prompt architectures, and develop working proofs of concept. Strong bias toward execution and delivery, diagnostic and systems-thinking approach to problem solving, and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions. Requirements 5–10 years of experience in creative technology, content operations, production engineering, marketing technology, automation, or applied AI Demonstrated track record of shipping production-ready solutions with measurable business outcomes Experience working across both creative and technical stakeholder groups Proven ability to translate operational challenges into scalable workflow solutions Hands-on experience building and deploying creative, content, or marketing workflow solutions Experience configuring and implementing creative AI tools and automation platforms in real-world environments Working knowledge of DAM systems, CMS platforms, content APIs, project management tools, and orchestration frameworks Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and workflow automation Ability to independently create and deploy proofs of concept that drive stakeholder alignment and adoption Deep understanding of creative production processes, content supply chains, and asset lifecycle management Familiarity with enterprise creative ecosystems, including tools such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Workfront, Adobe Firefly, Figma, and related platforms Ability to communicate effectively with creative directors, producers, brand operations teams, content strategists, and marketing technology stakeholders Benefits 100% Remote Work Highly Competitive USD Pay Paid Time Off Work with Autonomy Work with Top American Companies A Culture That Values You Diverse, Global Network Team Up with Skilled Professionals Originally posted on Himalayas
