📋 Description Map current-state workflows end-to-end to diagnose friction. Redesign target-state ops for leaner workflows with AI. Design operating models: org structure, governance. Establish baselines and measurement frameworks. Identify value gaps and ROI restoration for stalled deployments. Build AI-powered prototypes using LLM APIs and low-code/no-code tools. 🎯 Requirements 5–10 years in management consulting or similar in enterprise tech, SaaS, or professional services. Expertise in two: organizational design, operating model transformation, change mgmt, tech enablement, process engineering, or go-to-market. Proven ability to craft evidence-based arguments to influence senior stakeholders. Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, and prototypes that ship. Ability to rapidly scope and build a PoC within client engagements.
