Firmware Engineering Manager

📋 Description Lead and mentor a firmware team; contribute as IC when needed. Set priorities and roadmaps with product and hardware leaders. Recruit and interview firmware engineers to scale the team. Foster an inclusive culture focused on knowledge sharing. Design and implement robust MCU firmware with wireless, OTA, sensors. Develop wireless stacks and hardware interfaces (GPIO/I2C/SPI/UART). 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's in CS/EE or equivalent; 5+ years in embedded systems. Prior experience leading, mentoring, or tech-leading engineers. Deep understanding of networking and firmware for data-intensive apps. Strong C programming for embedded systems; RTOS and memory mgmt. Proficient with hardware interfaces: GPIO, I2C, SPI, JTAG; debugging tools. Hands-on connectivity: WiFi/Bluetooth; MQTT; AWS.
