📋 Description Strategic advisory on system configurations and bespoke workflows. Resolve complex issues and enable self-sufficiency via training and self-service docs. Drive platform adoption through feature rollouts and process improvements. Maintain SME status on Halcyon Labs roadmap to drive platform adoption. Oversee onboarding/offboarding workflows to maintain data integrity. Audit workflows to identify inefficiencies and realign tools. 🎯 Requirements Hands-on administration of Halcyon Labs or similar legal tech platforms. Deep understanding of legal workflows, compliance, and client service standards. Experience with SaaS ecosystems, system integrations, and automation. Strong PM skills with cross-functional leadership. Strong communication for user training, support, and change management. Passion for solving problems and driving platform adoption. Experience in a law firm, legal dept, or paralegal role preferred.
