Field Support Specialist

📋 Description Perform onsite startup, troubleshooting, commissioning, and end-user training for lighting control Provide expert technical support to internal and external customers regarding field applications Read and interpret lighting plans, floor plans, drawings, and specifications to verify Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, project stakeholders, and Support complex projects by investigating field issues, coordinating solutions, and helping drive Provide engineering and technical support while communicating effectively with cross-functional 🎯 Requirements Associate's degree, technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant 1–2 years of relevant technical experience, with 2–4 years preferred in problem-solving Ability to read and interpret technical plans, lighting plans, drawings, and project specifications. Working knowledge of basic electrical components, including relays, drivers, ballasts, and related General computer proficiency, including email, spreadsheets, word processing, data entry, and other Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary range of $48,100–$80,000 USD, with placement based on experience and geographic Healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, and vision plans. 401(k) benefits.
