Field Service Engineers - North

📋 Description Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) at customer sites Support installation, commissioning, and roll-out of new machines as TOMRA expands across the UK Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues, carrying out preventative maintenance and Build strong relationships with customers and site contacts Travel throughout region to support customers, with occasional overnight stays Accurately record service activities, machine status, and updates using digital systems and tools 🎯 Requirements Solid foundation in electro-mechanical systems Interest in learning to analyze, test, and repair complex equipment Curious and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail Customer-focused approach with clear communication skills Comfortable using power tools/hand tools independently and as part of a team Flexibility to travel and manage own schedule in a field-based role 🎁 Benefits Health insurance (option to add family) Employer pension 10% non-contributory contributions Tenure Leave (accrue more leave after 5+ years) Company Bonus Paid overtime Competitive salary
