Field Service Engineer-Speak Chinese and English fluently

Weekly meeting to review about issues and RMA following within team and cooperation. One basic Monthly report about the main work. Need to follow the related task list of call center project by time line. Normal customer visiting and good communication. Certain feedback or analysis report. Keep good communication and relationship with customers for customer satisfaction. Make some certain training for customers about products or Ananda link. Service process review together to make more efficient. Support visiting customers for some certain other support, like supporting business. Requirements Experience in assembling or repairing industrial products and equipment. 2+ years experiences related working experience.PCBA welding experience and skill is preferred. Minimum secondary level of education. English and Chinese as working language, with strong communication skills. Good knowledge of MS Office and any ERP System.
