Field Service Engineer - Mining Sorting - USA

📋 Description Perform field service activities, including installation, commissioning, testing, operation Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Maintain a regular on-site presence to ensure customer service level agreements are consistently Train and support customer maintenance and service personnel to ensure effective equipment Ensure field service activities are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget. Deliver technical phone support and field response to customer and equipment issues, including 🎯 Requirements An engineering qualification or trade with a strong inclination towards hands on skills in An electrical qualification or trade would be highly advantageous. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently and efficiently. Greater than 3 years proven experience in field service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively across North America and occasionally internationally (approx. 🎁 Benefits Annual performance bonus opportunity.
