Field Service Engineer

📋 Description Install, commission, and maintain TOMRA sorting machines at customer sites. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electromechanical issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, upgrades, and retrofits. Support customers with training and best practices for daily machine operation. Document service activities and provide clear feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement. Collaborate with colleagues across service, engineering, and sales to deliver a high-quality 🎯 Requirements Mechanical education (Requires secondary education diploma, preferably a subject-specific diploma) EFK (Elektrofachkraft) together with AuS (Arbeiten unter Spannung) qualification is mandatory. Minimum 5 years of experience in Field Service Engineer Hands-on experience with mechanical systems (pneumatics, hydraulics, rotating equipment). Basic understanding of electrical systems and controls preferred.
