Understand the business processes and data landscape of specific teams or segments. Help design, test, and implement analytical solutions (e.g., models, dashboards, strategies). Location : México and Colombia Requirements 💻 Key tech & data skills: Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel. Strong expertise in data analysis and interpretation. Ability to turn data into business recommendations and visual storytelling. 🔍 What we’re looking for: Minimum 2 years of experience in business research, analytics, or related fields. Insurance industry experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Statistics, or related fields). Passion for innovation and a user-centered mindset.
