Facility Maintenance Supervisor

📋 Description Oversee building inspections, bids, operations, leasing and projects. Delegate tasks and create work lists for Facility Maintenance Technicians. Develop schedules for HVAC, lighting, door, roof and premises inspections. Maintain building systems: lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety, and security. Direct Facility Maintenance Technicians in repairing mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues. Maintain the maintenance performance log and ensure upkeep of the facility. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of industrial building maintenance preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. Ability to read machine prints and assign duties to Technicians. Experience with electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks. HVAC certification preferred.
