Tech stack: SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) Investment Management (IM) Project System (PS) Real Estate Management (RE-FX) SAP Fiori Apps (Finance & Reporting) Reporting & Analytics Tools Project description: We are looking for an experienced SAP CO Consultant to support international finance transformation and rollout initiatives. The role focuses on Investment Management, Project System, and Real Estate Management processes within SAP S/4HANA. You will work closely with business stakeholders to harmonize finance processes across multiple entities, ensure IFRS compliance, and support modern reporting and analytics solutions through SAP Fiori applications. Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP CO (Senior level) Strong expertise in Investment Management (IM), Project System (PS), and Real Estate Management (RE-FX) Solid understanding of IFRS standards, capitalization processes, and settlement rules Experience with SAP Fiori reporting and analytics solutions Hands-on experience in international SAP rollouts and finance process harmonization Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills English proficiency at B2/C1 level Experience in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow Nice to have: Experience in retail or multi-entity environments Experience with profit center accounting and cost settlement processes Familiarity with integrations and issue resolution in SAP landscapes (e.g. PSP-Ariba)

Daily tasks: - Conduct workshops and lead rollout activities for Investment Management (IM) and Project System (PS) structures
– Define and implement IFRS-compliant settlement rules and capitalization processes
– Configure and support RE-FX processes, including profit center assignments and cost settlements
– Support international rollouts and finance process harmonization initiatives
– Analyze, test, and optimize SAP Fiori applications and reporting solutions
– Validate document flows and support reporting and analytics requirements
– Investigate and resolve system issues, including integration, accrual, and reporting-related errors
– Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive process improvements
– Provide functional support and guidance throughout project implementation and rollout phases
