About the role

Implement and improve business objects for mobile network infrastructure in backend systems.

Job Description The project focuses on implementing and improving business objects for mobile network infrastructure in backend systems up to the API layer. It provides a consistent and scalable data foundation for internal systems, while external partners remain relevant in the overall ecosystem. The work takes place in a modern, agile, and dynamic environment that fosters innovation and a clear system landscape. The team develops and maintains business objects, including data models, backend logic, and APIs. Collaboration is primarily with internal stakeholders, while considering requirements related to external partners. Activities include implementing features, refining components, testing, and maintaining documentation within a modern, agile, and engaging working environment. The expert developer is the team lead and responsible for guiding the team’s technical direction, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with overall project goals. They support team performance through mentoring, coordination, and fostering efficient, agile development practices. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Extensive experience in Agile development methodologies and practices Proven expertise in API integration and design Strong background in back-end development High proficiency in Python programming Demonstrated experience with data modelling and database design Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers Strong understanding of system architecture and scalability principles Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of mobile network infrastructure or telecommunications domain Familiarity with modern development tools, version control systems, and CI/CD practices Experience with testing frameworks and quality assurance methodologies Understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices Experience with technical documentation and knowledge management Essential Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Company Description As Hungary’s most attractive employer in 2025 (according to Randstad’s representative survey), Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions is a subsidiary of the Deutsche Telekom Group.
