General info:Model of work: hybrid (3x per week work from office Warsaw/ Gdańsk/ Gdynia/ Łódź)Type of contract: B2B, long-term coorpeationRate: up to 140 PLN net + vat/ hour SummaryThis role primarily focuses on bridging the gap between business needs and IT development through designing reporting solutions and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.Main Responsibilities:Design new reporting solutions and provide requirement specifications in close collaboration with the Product Owner, business analysts, other IT Analysts, developers, and testers.Collaborate with the Product Owner and multiple stakeholders to align with the target picture for sustainable and reliable solutions.Act as the bridge between business and IT development teams.Facilitate understanding and impact of requirements between business and technology.Key Requirements:Several years of experience in IT and/or business solution analysisGood understanding of data flow integrationExperience with SQLKnowledge about trading and/or tax/transaction reporting to authoritiesExcellent written and spoken English communication skillsNice to Have:Experience with XSLT, BDD, Communication LayerBasic programming knowledge to read codeFamiliarity with Capital Markets
