Experienced AWS Cloud Engineer

📋 Description Lead the design, implementation and optimisation of AWS cloud environments Provide technical guidance for cloud infrastructure, migrations and modernisation Act as escalation point for cloud incidents and challenges Champion Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) and automation-first practices Drive cloud security, resilience, scalability and cost optimisation initiatives Build trusted relationships with customers and provide advisory support Participate in service reviews, strategic planning, and continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to the development of repeatable frameworks, standards, and best practices 🎯 Requirements AWS cloud engineering experience across compute, networking, storage, security and identity services Experience designing, implementing and supporting cloud infrastructure in production Knowledge of cloud migration and transformation projects Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or CloudFormation) Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar) Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills If open to a Pod Lead role: collaborative mindset and mentoring others; previous leadership experience is advantageous 🎁 Benefits Flexible working arrangements – 2 days WFH Health insurance Clear career progression pathways Exposure to meaningful, enterprise technology projects Supportive, collaborative team culture focused on growth and innovation
