Exchange Operations Automation Engineer (US)

📋 Description Design and maintain pipelines for market lifecycle using Python and Airflow. Integrate sports data feeds and government data APIs to power settlements. Build and maintain REST API integrations with internal and third-party systems. Develop AI-assisted tooling for outcome verification and settlement rules using LLM APIs. Manage cron jobs and monitor pipeline health, responding to production issues. Instrument observability with logging, alerts, and audit trails per CFTC standards. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of experience in technical operations, data engineering, or backend engineering. Strong Python proficiency: data processing, API clients, scripting, automation. Hands-on experience building and maintaining REST API integrations. Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow (Prefect, Dagster). Familiarity with sports data feeds or event-driven data pipelines.
