ETL Developer

Category: Technology Location: Responsibilities: Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time. Provide suggestions for solutions. Create ETL packages. (Mandatory on SSIS, Knowledge of other ETL is good to have). Experience with complicated SSIS Package coding and maintenance. Participate in ongoing DW/BI performance tuning activities. Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes. Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement. Provide support for critical production systems as required. Maintaining code versioning and support code deployments. Perform scheduled maintenance and support deployment activities as required. Manage SQL Databases but not limited and can extend to NoSQL/Cloud Database as applicable. Preserve data integrity. Maintains contemporary knowledge of industry trends, concepts, and techniques. Experience in creation of SQL Tables, Views, MV’s, Stored Procedures and working on complex T- SQL statements. Requirements Skills & Certifications: ​ Expert knowledge in traditional relational database concepts and design. Fluent in SQL Database design and query optimization. Write and debug stored procedures and ability in advanced SQL operations. Advanced query, join operation, and aggregate. Knowledge of data warehousing. Automate manual data tasks through workflows and ETL packages. Should possess skill to maintain, monitor, troubleshoot daily jobs using SQL Server Agent. Administrate application and server environments. Analyze data quality and make recommendations for data preparation. Strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, especially with technical analysis (including understanding internal documents).
