Key responsibilities Own and maintain the Enterprise Architecture Blueprint (Business, Application, Data, Integration, Technology). Define architecture principles (API-first, event-driven, platform-based, security-by-design). Review and govern architecture for IT & DX projects. Guide solution architects and vendors to ensure alignment with long-term architecture. Identify and manage technical debt across systems. Support architecture design for strategic initiatives when needed. Your Skills and Experience 2+ years of experience in IT, with experience in architecture roles (EA / Solution / System Architect). Experience with large-scale, integrated systems (ERP, logistics, data platforms, etc.). Strong system thinking and ability to balance long-term vision with delivery realities. Experience working with multiple projects and vendors. Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate) are a plus, not mandatory.
