Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors degree and at least 3 years of experience in DoDAF architecture, or 2 additional years of experience in place of the degree. We require at least 1 year of experience using Cameo, MagicDraw, or the Catia Magic portfolio, including tools such as Magic Systems of Systems Architecture and Magic Cyber Systems Engineer. We require experience with UAF and/or SysML. We require strong written and verbal communication skills. We require the ability to think critically, solve problems, and influence others to drive project outcomes. We require the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple concurrent projects. We require a current and active DoD Secret clearance. We require the ability to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the workday. We require the ability to communicate frequently with coworkers, management, and government stakeholders, including delivering technical presentations. We require the ability to exchange accurate information in these settings. Preferred familiarity with UML, UPDM, and IDEF. Preferred knowledge of Marine Corps systems engineering processes, including the relationship between MCSC and DC, CD&I, as well as the MCSC Acquisition Guidebook. Preferred technical background in one or more of the following: data modeling, systems engineering, machine learning and predictive analytics, agile software development and build methods, or simulation. Preferred knowledge of Marine Corps operations, concepts, practices, procedures, systems, and interfaces. Preferred understanding of systems integration and API development, automated bulk export/import, and impact assessment work. Responsibilities: We develop Marine Corps-compliant Enterprise and DoDAF 2.02 architectures. We extend architecture tool schemas as needed to meet Marine Corps Enterprise and Solution architecture development and data requirements. We provide architectural and technical subject matter expertise across architecture development efforts, including communicating design decisions and mentoring technical staff. We collaborate with engineers, technical subject matter experts, and information technology standards personnel to identify and capture architecture data. We support technical and strategic discussions related to Enterprise and Solution architecture. We prepare and maintain technical system or program documentation, comment resolution matrices, presentations, and training materials. We coordinate and participate in architecture meetings and events.
