Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Technical Platform team for web applications.
We are seeking someone who combines strong technical expertise with leadership skills and can translate product vision and business needs into effective technical solutions.
About the team
We build tools and solutions that enable product teams to deliver business value faster, more securely, and more efficiently. We develop web applications using a microfrontend architecture, with a strong focus on quality, scalability, maintainability, and modern technologies.
Responsibilities
– Ensuring development tasks are completed according to established technical standards.
– Supporting the Product Manager in coordinating team activities in the area of technological solutions.
– Collaborating with other teams to design optimal solution architectures.
– Ensuring high team efficiency by identifying and mitigating obstacles in the development process.
– Monitoring ongoing work and assisting in resolving technical issues.
– Supporting team growth through training, mentoring, and regular 1:1 meetings.
Required experience and qualifications
– Several years of experience as a Senior Developer, Tech Lead, or Software Architect.
– Several years of formal people management experience as a manager.
– Hands-on experience developing and evolving web applications based on microfrontend architecture (Angular).
– Strong understanding of scalability, performance, and reliability of web applications.
– Experience delivering end-to-end projects, from architecture design through production deployment.
– Experience working with distributed/remote teams.

– Experience creating automated tests in line with the testing pyramid.
– Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices and design patterns.
– Practical experience using AI tools to improve both engineering and management workflows.
Nice to have
– Experience working with monorepos and Nx.
– Familiarity with streaming technologies (e.g., WebSocket, gRPC).
– Experience with microservices architecture.
– Knowledge of Web Components.
– Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG).
– Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
