📋 Description Build and supervise a team of engineers as a player-coach; set priorities. Coordinate projects and priorities to ship features quickly. Balance hands-on coding with mentoring to grow engineers. Lead core payroll, money movement, and tax calculation work. Drive technical decisions to scale money movement and improve the ledger. Partner with Product, Design, and PMs to define roadmap and ship features. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years building production web applications. 1+ year managing a software engineering team. Proven ability to prioritize and deliver plans. Strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences. High empathy and interpersonal skills.
