Engineering Manager, Verifications

📋 Description Lead and grow the Verifications engineering team; set direction and hiring pipeline. Own reliability and quality of verification integrations; reduce friction and delays. Partner with Product to define roadmaps for employment, education, drug and health, and compliance. Drive technical strategy for scaling an integration-heavy system; improve coverage and automation. Lead adoption of AI assisted development practices; balance velocity with quality and compliance.
