📋 Description Lead and mentor a team of software engineers as a player-coach; coordinate projects and priorities. Own the full pipeline from time entry to time payable, shipping time lifecycle features. Collaborate with product, design, and other teams to define roadmap and priorities. Define long-term strategy and quarterly roadmap; measure progress toward goals. Foster technical excellence; drive decisions, and mentor engineers to grow.
