Engineering Manager, Sensitive Deployments

📋 Description Lead and grow a team of engineers for high-impact, sensitive deployments. Own end-to-end delivery from prototype to production and ongoing operation. Partner with senior stakeholders to scope work, sequence delivery, remove blockers. Set and maintain high standards for architecture, quality, testing, and security. Translate learnings into reusable tools, playbooks, and reference architectures. Help the team balance speed, quality, security, and customer needs. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years engineering or delivery experience; 4+ years managing engineers. Led customer-facing or deployed teams through ambiguous deployments. Experience with government/defense or regulated customers. Able to engage executives, security stakeholders, and technical ICs. Deep experience across full-stack software, cloud infra, APIs, data, security. Comfortable with production-grade code in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript. Experience with Azure/AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, IAM, encryption, monitoring, and compliance.
