Engineering Manager, Search Discovery

📋 Description Lead and grow a senior team building Lumen Dynamics's dashboards, notebooks, and visualizations. Partner with Product to translate vision into execution and communicate why. Drive delivery rhythm across dashboards, notebooks, AI workflows, and performance. Shape technical direction with staff+ engineers for speed, quality, and scalability. Mentor engineers at all levels to foster shared ownership in a senior team. Act as a storyteller, linking work to product vision and customer value. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in engineering, with at least 3 years leading a user-facing team. Background in search, observability, analytics, or data visualization. Experience leading senior/staff engineers with high autonomy. Strong PM partnership skills; co-create roadmaps and translate vision.
