Engineering Manager, Platform & Security

📋 Description Own the developer platform roadmap and set prioritization. Lead platform engineers building CI/CD, tooling, and observability. Stay close to the ground: interview engineers and gather product instincts. Drive execution: review designs and guide solutions. Contribute to the long-term strategy of the platform, security, and infra. Help build Amsterdam engineering culture: hiring, onboarding, rituals. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years software eng exp building developer platforms or internal tooling. 3+ years as engineering manager with autonomous roadmap ownership. Deep expertise in CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Kubernetes, build tooling, API gateways, GraphQL/gRPC, IAM. Strong product instincts for internal users—identifying the right problems. Experience managing in distributed, multinational teams across time zones.
