Engineering Manager, Online Storage - SF

📋 Description Lead and grow the Online Storage team with coaching and hiring. Drive multi-cell scalability: data isolation, regional distribution. Own reliability and disaster recovery for core storage systems to defined RPO/RTO. Set technical direction for unified search platform and permissions consolidation. Partner with product teams: triage needs, guardrails, balance velocity and stability. Own on-call health, incident response, and observability for the data layer. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years of software engineering experience. 2+ years managing teams of 6+ engineers. Hands-on experience building/operating production data infra: DBs, caching, storage, or search. Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or related field. Nice to have: SaaS or FinTech experience.
