Deliver high-impact projects with technical mentorship. Manage on-call operations and features for customers. Collaborate with Product & Engineering to shape long-term strategy. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years managing remote engineering teams. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Deep experience building scalable web services and data pipelines in AWS. Strong focus on quality, metrics, triage, testing, code reviews. Ownership, execution, and customer-focused leadership. Experience leading cross-functional teams of 5+ people.
