📋 Description Own reliability of Groupon IQ platform and decide when agent-written code is safe to ship Lead ~7 engineers across Prague and Bangalore in one codebase Trace and fix backend reliability issues end to end, write post-mortems Write production code daily Own the AI code-review bar and standards for merging agent-written code Absorb and consolidate the company's admin tools without dragging platform down 🎯 Requirements Evidence of weeks where your commits and team's output both shipped Owned a platform where reliability was the product and moved incident number Reviewed agent-written code and decided where merge bar sits Traced silent workflow failure end to end and wrote post-mortem to stop recurrence Automated away manual tasks and used freed time to build next thing 🎁 Benefits Base salary Prague CZK 1,592,489–2,274,984 plus bonus Standard employment contract Three days a week on-site AI-native company, leverage AI tools during hiring process Modern engineering foundation, single TypeScript codebase, infra without tickets, ship all day
