Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and navigate stakeholder relationships. Experience implementing monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions for production databases. Ability to coach and develop team members, fostering an inclusive environment that encourages diverse perspectives. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience in hands on database or data engineering roles. 2+ years of experience leading technical teams delivering client-facing systems or production database solutions. Experience designing scalable architectures across Server, Client, WebDirect, APIs, and cloud or on-premises deployments.
