📋 Description Hands-on engineering manager for Cobalt Streamworks's digital platform (Salesforce + modern web). Owns capability, quality, standards, and vendor partnerships across pods. Builds internal engineering capacity, reducing vendor-heavy delivery. Leads technical guidance, debugging, and architectural review as needed. Manages pod-based teams in a product-led structure with Product Leads. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years software Eng; 3+ years leading teams. Hands-on full-stack with production code experience. Transitioning work from vendor to internal teams. Managing Salesforce + modern web stacks (React, Next.js, TS, Node). Experience with offshore vendor teams or consultants.
