Experience in a management position at an international finance or tech company, with a strong development background. Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry is preferred. Technical Skills: Solid experience with Microservices (REST API) and databases (MySQL, MongoDB). Deep understanding of AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, CLI, ECS, EKS, etc.) OR Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a MUST. Deep understanding of Software Quality, DevOps environments, and CI/CD/build processes. Proven experience implementing software engineering methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SDLC, coding standards, SCM). Ability to produce technical documentation (specifications, operating instructions, test plans). Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong people leadership, team building, motivation, coaching, and mentoring skills. Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and coordinating efforts in a distributed environment. Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different countries with conflicting priorities. Ability to initiate design and implement new product lines end-to-end.
