📋 Description Own developer and business outcomes by partnering with engineering leadership to identify developer Lead technical direction across the Internal Developer Platform, deployment workflows, and cloud Build a highly effective team by giving platform engineers context, clear decision boundaries, and Raise execution standards by helping the team deliver platform improvements frequently and safely Develop exceptional people by hiring, coaching, and retaining outstanding platform and software Lead across Slice by partnering closely with engineering teams to understand pain points and drive 🎯 Requirements Experience managing high-performing platform engineering teams. Skilled at project planning/tracking and creation of team roadmaps. Technical expertise across Kubernetes, GitOps (ArgoCD), CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Python automation Proven track record of improving developer experience, deployment reliability, and engineering A platform mindset: thinking in reusable systems, self-service tooling, and scalable guardrails Clear, direct communication across both technical platform teams and product engineering
