📋 Description Lead and grow a data engineering team delivering the data platform for billions of events. Own people strategy: hiring, coaching, and career growth. Drive architecture and hands-on contributions for ingestion, storage, and observability. Enforce best practices in data modeling, testing, quality, and documentation. Guide scalable real-time and batch data systems with security compliance. Champion AI-first development and AI-assisted workflows. 🎯 Requirements Experience leading data or software engineering teams (hiring and coaching). Strong ability to drive technical decisions in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Hands-on design of data pipelines, models, and platform architecture. Proficiency in Python and/or SQL; comfortable with data stacks like Kafka/Spark/Airflow.
