📋 Description Lead and oversee a team of software engineers as a player-coach. Coordinate projects, set priorities, and motivate engineers to ship features. Balance hands-on coding with strong technical leadership. Partner with Product, Design, and Operations to align roadmaps. Mentor engineers to grow skills and foster a culture of technical excellence. Drive sound technical decisions and cross-team collaboration. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years as a software engineer on production web apps. 1+ year of experience managing engineers. Proven ability to prioritize, plan, and execute. Strong communication to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. High empathy and interpersonal skills.
