Al menos 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software con roles de liderazgo y gestión. Experiencia demostrable en gestión de proyectos y entrega de soluciones complejas. Conocimiento de lenguajes de programación y tecnologías de desarrollo tales como ReactJS y Ruby on Rails, principalmente. También se valorará conocimiento en Python, React Native, NodeJS, NestJS. Experiencia con metodologías ágiles y herramientas de gestión de proyectos. Familiaridad con arquitectura de software y principios de diseño.
