📋 Description Lead, mentor, and develop software engineers through coaching, performance management, career Partner with Product, Design, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software aligned Provide technical leadership on architecture, system design, scalability, security, development Drive planning, estimation, prioritization, and execution throughout the full software development Incorporate AI-driven software development practices to support engineering department goals and Establish and maintain development processes, code review standards, testing strategies 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in engineering management Proven experience leading engineering teams through the delivery of complex software products and Strong background in software architecture, system design, and modern software development Demonstrated experience managing engineers through hiring, performance reviews, coaching, career Ability to collaborate closely with Product and business stakeholders to translate requirements Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing technical and business decisions 🎁 Benefits Base salary of $185,000 plus bonus.
