Engineering Manager: Applied AI

📋 Description Build and lead the Applied AI team, shipping GenAI features. Define team charter and roadmap with Eng leadership, Product, Design. Ship AI features that matter to customers across Halcyon Labs products. Oversee architecture of AI-powered, full-stack systems (LLM, RAG, APIs). Ensure reliability, scalability, and safety in a safety-critical domain. Foster a culture of high standards and psychological safety. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years full-stack software engineering; 1–2 years leadership. Hands-on experience shipping AI-enabled products with LLM APIs, RAG, GenAI. Strong frontend, backend, APIs, and data foundation; design AI capabilities. Daily fluency with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot). Demonstrated ability to coach engineers and grow them technically.
