📋 Description Lead and grow an engineering team delivering reliable software. Partner with product, design, and commercial teams on strategy and roadmap. Help build engineering culture, career ladders, and an inclusive tech workforce. Mentor engineers to maintain quality and deliver features with velocity. Ensure security, scale, performance, and uptime of the platform. Work with cutting-edge voice AI tools and technology. 🎯 Requirements Entrepreneurial ownership mindset and bias to action. Experience on consumer-facing AI products; bonus for voice AI. Shipped features to external customers, IC or Manager. Deep knowledge of software development methodologies.
